Torie Jayne has moved to a new home at Mar 2014

Hello Lovelies!

I am very excited to tell you that my blog has a new home at
Hi! I would love to know what you think of it xx

"I started my blog over 5 years ago with the aim of sharing with you my favourite finds, my recipes, craft tutorials, seasonal decorating, and interior ideas. Over the past several months I have worked alongside my partner to bring you my new blog that I hope means you will be able to easily and quickly find the content you are looking for.

I am still in the process of bringing the old content over and in the near future we will be adding in a "Decorate" section that will contain all the photographs of my house along with inspirational interior decorating ideas and finds. Also, there will be a new section called "Style" where you will find my seasonal decorating ideas along with inspirational stylists and more.

Unfortunately I am not able to bring over all your lovely comments, but I hope you will love my new website and will want to leave new feedback.

Enjoy! xx

Flickr Fave...Vintage Amethyst

Flickr Fave Vintage Amethyst

This week on Flickr Faves Sunday, I bring you some beautiful photography from the lovely Vintage Amethyst, who also owns a pretty online Home & Gift boutique by the same name.

Some beautiful shots from my Flickr favourites:

On Friday the 6th of September Vintage Amethyst will be having a huge sale!!!!
It is an end of an era sale as the Vintage Amethyst boutique will be closing it's doors once the sale has finished!!!

I am sad to see Vintage Amethyst go, but the lovely Alison has assured her readers that it will not be the last we see of her as she is opening a new shop! I am so looking forward to seeing her new shop and will be sure to take a peek at her sale next friday!

Have a sweet day!

Powder pink interiors

I have been immersing myself in interior inspiration of late, it is after all the time of year when all the new catalogues land on my doorstep. Of all the inspiration, I keep finding myself drawn to the dusky powdery pinks, cinder grey, copper and rustic light wood. I love how it has a unique feeling of earthiness, looks cosy and relaxing but still light and fresh. I am now pining after a thick chunky hand knit blanket in dusky powder pink and a copper lampshade!

Have a sweet day!
